By accessing and using the website voiqu.com and any related services or applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by Voiqu ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Horațiu Voicu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").   • Growth marketing strategy and consulting for B2B SaaS and e-commerce businesses.
  • Web applications and tools that integrate with third-party platforms, including Google APIs (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console), to provide analytics insights, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI-powered marketing automation.
  • Data architecture audits and advanced tracking implementation.

3. Google API Integration

3.1 Authorization

Certain features of our Services require you to authorize access to your Google account through the OAuth 2.0 protocol. By granting authorization, you permit our application to access specific data from Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Search Console, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Scope of Access

Our application only requests the minimum API scopes necessary to deliver the services you have requested. We do not request broader access than required.

3.3 Revocation

You may revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revocation will immediately terminate our ability to access your Google data.

3.4 Compliance

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services.
  • You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant us access to your Google accounts and data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Voiqu / Horațiu Voicu, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Any reports, insights, or outputs generated by our Services using your data are provided for your use in connection with the Services. Your underlying data remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voiqu and its owner, Horațiu Voicu, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voiqu and Horațiu Voicu from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google APIs, analytics platforms, and other tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
